Disposable Vape Product Policy
For customers ordering from our Disposable Vape Collection, please note that disposable vape devices are sealed consumable items.
Minor flavor preference dissatisfaction or normal puff count variations are not considered manufacturing defects. However, if a disposable vape arrives physically damaged or non-functional, customers should report it immediately upon receiving the package.
Refund Process
Approved refunds or replacements are processed only after our team verifies the issue. Depending on the situation, we may provide:
